Turning complex workflows into a product
SevenSix is an AI-assisted sales intelligence and meeting platform developed through JB Connect. It brings together client research, meeting recording, live transcription, sales reports, and follow-up work.
As the sole frontend developer, I translate evolving requirements into prototypes, interface designs, user flows, and working features. I own the web frontend and Electron recording companion, define frontend API needs with backend engineers, and contribute to technical discussions with the AI team.
A recording companion that works with the web
The Electron companion connects the meeting workspace to desktop recording. My work covers web-controlled recording, microphone and system-audio capture, chunked uploads, and live transcription integration. A shared meeting session keeps the experience connected as users navigate between application routes.
The recorder has been used by the client in production. Capture behavior depends on the operating system and its permissions. Upload retries help with temporary interruptions, but should not be understood as a guarantee of lossless recovery.
Keeping the meeting in context
The frontend brings transcription, client context, report editing, and meeting assistance into the same workflow. I turn backend processing and generated content into practical interfaces, coordinating closely with backend and AI teammates.
Supporting interface work includes filtering and tables, Japanese and English localization, dark mode, adjustable font sizes, and collaboration controls. Individual newer features are at different stages of development.
Extending the experience
I also work on an embeddable chatbot interface. A separate widget build and Shadow DOM help keep its styles isolated from the host website.
My scope
Frontend ownership spans requirements, prototyping, implementation, and integration. Backend services and AI systems are team contributions. The visuals on this portfolio are illustrative mockups with fictional data, not client screenshots.
